  1. Order Confirmation
    We’ll send you an order summary immediately—please verify your size, style, quantity, and address before the 6-hour cancellation window closes.

  2. 6-Hour Cancellation Window
    You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement by emailing info@glyntas.com with your order number.

  3. No Post-Cancellation Exchanges
    After cancellation closes, you cannot exchange an order directly—you may return it following our returns process (see point 6).

  4. Free Order Amendments
    If you catch a mistake within 2 hours of ordering, reply to your confirmation email and we’ll correct minor details at no charge.

  5. Delivery & Inspection
    On delivery, please inspect your items. Photograph any visible damage and keep all packaging.

  6. 30-Day Return Period
    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request for eligible items.

  7. Eligibility for Return & Refund
    We accept returns (for full refund) if the item is:

    • Damaged, defective, or broken

    • Not the color, style, size, or material you ordered

    • Incorrectly shipped or described

  8. Non-Returnable Items
    Items cannot be returned if:

    • They’ve been worn, washed, or altered

    • Original tags or packaging are missing

    • The defect is due to normal wear (e.g., minor scuffs)

  9. How to Submit a Return Request
    Email info@glyntas.com with:

    • Order number

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip)

    • Photos clearly showing any issues

  10. Return Authorization
    We’ll respond within 2–3 business days. Do not ship until you receive our return address and authorization code.

  11. Return Shipping Costs
    Unless the mistake is our fault, customers cover return postage. We recommend trackable shipping.

  12. Packing Your Return
    Use original packaging if possible. Secure the item well to avoid damage in transit.

  13. Tracking & Confirmation
    After shipping your return, email us the carrier’s tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.

  14. Refund Timeline
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.

  15. Exchanges
    To exchange an item, simply return the original and place a new order for the replacement.

  16. Late-Stage Returns
    Returns requested after 30 days are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee.
