What’s the cancellation window?
You have 6 hours from the moment you complete your purchase to change your mind. Once that timeframe closes, your order may already be queued up for fulfillment.

Missed the 6-hour cutoff?
If you reach out after six hours, there’s a strong chance your order has moved into our packing or shipping process. At that point, we can’t promise we’ll be able to stop it.

How to cancel your order
Email us right away at info@glyntas.com, and be sure to include your order number and the name on the order. The sooner we hear from you—ideally within the 6-hour window—the better chance we have of halting the shipment.

Why the strict timeframe?
We aim to dispatch orders swiftly—often the same day—so limiting cancellations to a short window helps us keep things moving and ensures you get your items ASAP.
